Daniel is true professional. He has a passion for Real Estate and it shows. He sold our home within 24 hours for full price. He had 3 offers within that 24 hours. He took the time to explain each offer thoroughly. If he tells you he will check on something for you, he does and calls you as soon as possible. You don't have to wait a day or two to here from him. His honesty, integrity and professionalism is refreshing in todays world. We can not say enough about Danial, and would highly recommend him to anyone. He was a true joy to work with. Daniel Keener is literally the best real estate agent I have ever had!!! Over my many years, I have bought and sold numerous properties with multiple agents. Daniel has gone above and beyond. He is the first agent I have ever used that clearly put his clients first! He genuinely cares about finding the right property and not just trying to make a sale. He LISTENS and he is a fabulous negotiator. He wants to make sure you are not making a bad investment. Above all, Daniel is the most ethical realtor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He actually made the process fun. We have had many laughs over the difficult process of house hunting and purchasing a home. As long as he is an agent, he will always be my agent!!

My partner and I discovered Daniel while searching for realtors that were LGBTQ friendly... We moved from Florida to Tennessee and, even before we got to TN, Daniel kept in communication with us during our process. I have bought/sold a few homes in my life and Daniel was BY FAR the best!
